For the duration of a week which starts from 15th day of tenth month of Bhutanese calendar, it is an auspicious time to do ritual practice in Buddhism aimed at restoring or augmenting life-force, prosperity, fortune, and positive energy. Therefore, the entire week describes the specific annual astronomical event of Jupiter rising in conjunction with the punarvasu asterism. This kind of precise celestial observation was crucial for astrology, and determining auspicious times. Accordingly, we will be conducting three nights performance act within the ritual (Yang-Kur ) where the yang energy is distributed and the empowerment of god of wealth (Zambala) will be bestowed on coming Sunday. This auspicious event is organised by Bhutan Tara Committee. Yang-kur started from 4/12/25 and it will continue till 6/12/25. The time starts from 5 p.m and ends at 7 p.m daily for three days. The event will be broadcasted Live through links. Hence, interested devotees who cannot make here may watch live and pay homage and make your wishes. We are pleased to announce that the sacred Yang Drup ritual—the ceremony for restoring and multiplying fortune, vitality, and auspicious conditions—has been meticulously prepared and arranged for the benefit of all devoted participants.
