The ancients said:
“The three months of winter are known as the season of closing and storing.”
After the Beginning of Winter, Heaven and Earth draw inward, and all things return to their roots. For the practitioner, winter is not a pause. It is a time to gather inward, settle deeply, and refine into essence all that has been learned, cultivated, and attained throughout the year.
Cameron Highlands is the Dragon Pearl of the Southern Dragon, where the mountain formations converge and the land carries the element of Fire.
Coming just after the Beginning of Winter, this session draws upon the natural movement of Heaven and Earth into inward gathering, together with the concentrated energy of the Southern Dragon, creating the conditions for a pivotal stage of inner cultivation and return in Year 2.

Master Zhang Bu Sheng brings over four decades of practice and teaching experience, integrating diverse traditional wisdom with comprehensive systems of body-mind cultivation.
In this session, he will guide students deeper into the core of inner cultivation, allowing the knowledge and methods accumulated throughout the journey to gradually become embodied within one’s own life, and ultimately translated into practical application.
